Over the past 21 years, Economech have developed
expertise in producing high quality office buildings
custom-made for individual client requirements.
Examples of these are the Diagnostic Medlab Offices
and Laboratories in Auckland and the Fonterra Head
Office at Auckland International Airport. A major
development currently under construction is the
30 story Northern Roller Mills Complex in the centre
of Auckland. |

Economech have installed air-conditioning systems
in a number of hospitals throughout New Zealand
including the Southern Cross Hospitals in Wellington
and Wanganui, the Henry Bennett Centre (Mental Health)
at Waikato and the Ambulatory Care Building at Greenlane,
Auckland. At Middlemore Hospital in South Auckland,
Economech is currently installing the first stages
of the services infrastructure upgrade. |

Economech has successfully completed the mechanical
installation of numerous retail and entertainment
complexes. These include retail projects at Manukau
City Centre and Shore City Galleria, as well as
several multiplex cinema projects for Village/Force
Cinemas.
Economech also negotiated the
design and installation of the air-conditioning
system for the New Zealand Expo Pavilion in Seville,
Spain.

Economech have designed and
installed systems in a number of hotel projects,
including the Chateau Regency Hotel in Christchurch,
the Centra Hotel (including the 1998 extensions)
in Auckland. |

Economech have been involved in numerous apartment
projects including design and build contracts for
Quay West and Number One Hobson Apartments located
in Central Auckland. |

Following the successful
completion of the "Pier Extension" and
Retail areas at Auckland International Airport,
Economech was awarded the mechanical services installation
for the $180 million International Terminal Redevelopment. |

Economech has been engaged
in numerous overseas projects having successfully
completed projects in Fiji (Village 6 Multiplex),
Spain (NZ Pavilion in Seville) and South America.
In Argentina, five cinema/retail complexes were
undertaken to a total value of approximately 8 million
US dollars. |

Dairy Factories at South Island Dairy Products (Temuka)
and Anchor Products at Te Rapa.
Transfield Shipbuilding Facility (Whangarei),
