Over the past 21 years, Economech
have developed expertise in producing high quality
office buildings custom-made for individual client
requirements.
The design concepts utilised provide for a low capital
cost, efficient
and quiet operation, ease of modification as client
use changes and above all a pleasant environment.
Economech has recently been
involved in the construction of several low rise
office blocks, including the Medlab offices/laboratories
in Auckland and the Fonterra Head Office at Auckland
International Airport.
One of the most intricate and
specialist installations of Economech’s history
was the high-tech Immediate Business Recovery
Centre for the ASB Bank at Albany, North Harbour.
This unique installation was designed to serve
vast areas of open plan offices together with
ultra-clean enclosed computer suites. A feature
of the system is the exposed services running
in "full view" within the 21st century
influenced complex which opened in 2000. This
particular complex has also won numerous national
and international awards.
Economech is also regularly
involved in the design and installation of specialised
"fitouts" such as the ACP Media offices
at The Westhaven complex in Downtown Auckland.
